Yes, a washing machine with detergent is available for guest use. There is no dryer on site, but a coin laundry is located just a 1-minute walk away, offering convenient dryer facilities.

Yes, there are local hot spring facilities about 5 minutes away by car. They offer open-air baths and saunas, perfect for relaxing after skiing or sightseeing.

No, it’s not self check-in. Because this is a snowy region, our staff will meet you in person, hand over the keys, and give you a short tour of the facilities.

Check-in is available until 11:00 PM. As this is a snowy area, roads can become dangerous at night, so for your safety, we kindly recommend arriving as early as possible. If you expect to arrive after 11:00 PM, please make sure to contact us in advance. If we do not receive any notice, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.

From New Chitose Airport to Rusutsu, it takes about 90–120 minutes by car or bus. Since there are no convenient public transport options around Rusutsu, we recommend using a rental car from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo. There is space for two cars in the parking lot at the property. A rental car is also convenient for visiting local hot springs and sightseeing spots. During the ski season, transportation and accommodations become very crowded, so we strongly recommend making reservations as early as possible. Please make a reservation in advance, as it gets very busy during the winter season.

Driving time: 90–120 minutes Route: New Chitose Airport → Route 36 → Route 16 → Route 276 → Route 230 → Rusutsu Drive straight with Rusutsu Resort on your right-hand side. After about 2 minutes, you will see a LAWSON convenience store on the right. Turn left at LAWSON. Drive down the slope a little, and on the left side you will find your destination: Rusutsu Ski Stay 111.

Minors (under 18 years old) cannot stay without a parent or guardian.

Parties and events are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Small gatherings such as family dinners or birthday celebrations are welcome, as long as they are kept quiet and respectful. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
